S.r.l. as the Data Controller in pursuance of art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679 hereby informs you that the above act regards processing the personal data of persons and other subjects concerned as regards processing of personal data; this processing will be based on correctness, lawfulness and transparency as well as protection of your privacy and your rights.
Personal data and information submitted by you or otherwise acquired while using the application shall be processed in agreement with the provisions of the above law and the privacy obligations therein.

Type of data processed
a) Navigation data
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this application acquire some personal data for communication that is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Such information is not collected in order to be related to identified subjects, however it might allow user identification, once processed and matched with data held by third parties. This category includes IP addresses and/or the domain names used to connect with this application, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used to submit a given request to the server, returned file size, etc.
All these data items are used only to get statistical, anonymous and aggregate information on the use of the application and to check its correct operation. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event that computer crimes are committed against the application.
b) Cookies
There are no cookies in the application.

Purposes of processing:
your Data collected during navigation will be processed as follows:

• to perform operations strictly linked and instrumental to the handling of information sharing between users or visitors of the application;

The legal basis for the purposes as per point 1 is the execution of the pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (art. 6.1.b) of the Regulation as the processing is necessary for the provision of the Service;

Data processing in fulfilment of the purpose as per point 1 is compulsory and any failure to communicate or incorrect communication of any information might limit and/or prevent the full use of the functions and of the services on the application.

Personal data supplied voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit, voluntary sending of emails to the addresses provided on this application and the compilation of forms it contains implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s personal data (for example, name, surname and email address). Specific, summarised information is provided on the pages where the forms appear.

Processing method: the personal data is processed with manual and electronic instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Each treatment takes place in accordance with the procedures indicated as referred to in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and by taking the appropriate security measures.
Data processing related to web services is carried out at the registered office of the Data Controller.

Your data may be accessible, but not transmitted, to third parties and in particular to:

• Companies which carry out the routine and extraordinary maintenance of the application.

Period of data retention: Please note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of retention of your personal data is established for a period of time no longer than the performance of the services provided.

Rights of the Data Subject
EU Reg. 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 -
1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to the existence or not of personal data that may concern him/her, even if said data has not yet been recorded, and disclosure of said data in intelligible form, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

• the deletion and anonymous transformation of the data or data block processed breaching the law, including those that are not to be kept for the purposes for which they had been gathered or later processed;
• certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, of
• those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except for the case in which such fulfilment proves impossible or involves a use
• of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
• data portability.

4. The data subject is entitled to raise a total or partial objection:

• for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the personal data concerning him/her even if pertaining to the collection aim;
• to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or making direct sales or for carrying out market surveys or sales communications;
